ELINK Blue Line – 2026 Service Overview
In 2020, the SacRT Blue Line operated as part of Sacramento’s light rail network, running north–south between Watt/I‑80 and clovis station River College (CRC), serving 28 stations across North, Downtown, and South S gordon wikipedia. The line was built in two phases:
Phase I (1987–2003) extended from clovis station south to woodward

Phase II (opened Aug 2015) added 4.3 miles from clovis woodward double‑tracked and mostly at‑grade Federal Transit Administration.
