SMS Terms & Conditions
These terms govern the GTFS·X SMS program — the text messages we send to verify your identity and to alert you about your account. By providing your mobile number and consenting on the GTFS·X website, you agree to these terms.
1. Program name & description
Program: GTFS·X Account Verification & Alerts. GTFS·X (operated by Vector & Vertex, gtfsx.com) sends one-time login/verification codes (two-factor authentication) and transactional account & security alerts (for example, new-sign-in notices and service-status notifications) to GTFS·X users who have added and verified their mobile number. These are transactional, user-triggered messages — not marketing.
2. How you opt in
You opt in on the GTFS·X website: in Account > Security you enter your mobile number, check a consent box, and tap "Send code" to receive and confirm a verification code. We do not collect or message your number without this explicit action. We do not offer opt-in by texting a keyword.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies and is driven by your own activity — for example, each time you request a login code or your account triggers a security alert.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. GTFS·X does not charge for these messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates may apply depending on your plan.
5. Help and opt-out
- For help, reply HELP to any message, or email support@gtfsx.com.
- To stop receiving messages, reply STOP at any time. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and we will send no further messages unless you opt in again. You can also remove your number in Account > Security.
6. Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier and device.
7. Privacy
Phone numbers collected for SMS verification and account alerts are used only to deliver those messages. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or your SMS consent with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy for details.
